K-2:  working on basic motor skills as well as some fine motor skills

    Things they can practice at home include swinging by themselves, tying their shoes, throwing and catching, balancing.

 

3rd-7th:  Fitness testing re-evaluation will be in April. Continue to work on upper body strength, flexibility, core strength and cardiovascular endurance.

 

4th-8th:  Working on 2 stepping, and line dancing, as well as small team basketball
