The 1st quarter has really flown by! I am looking forward to seeing everyone at conferences next week. Here is a snapshot of what has been happening in each grade:

• 8th grade: We are wrapping up angles on parallel lines and angles in a triangle. We will be getting started with Pythagorean Theorem and solving equations.
• 7th grade: We just started adding and subtracting integers and modeling this on a number line. We will be moving towards adding and subtracting rational numbers and multiplying and dividing integers.
• 6th grade: We just finished our ratios and percents unit. We will be starting on multiplying and dividing fractions.
