Navigate is part of marriage preparation at Church of the Magdalen, helping engaged couples build a strong foundation for a Christ-centered marriage. Through shared learning, guided discussions, prayer, and connections with other couples, Navigate encourages couples to grow in their relationship with Jesus, strengthen their relationship with each other, and prepare for the Sacrament of Marriage.

For Engaged Couples:

Navigate offers an opportunity to grow together as you prepare for your life together. Each session features a married couple sharing insights on a specific topic, followed by guided small-group discussions led by a married couple known as your “table couple.” You’ll connect with other engaged couples, share perspectives, and receive support and prayer as you prepare for marriage. Think of it as a date night! Light snacks and refreshments are provided. We'll share materials for each session in advance, so please review the handout before attending to get the most out of your table discussions.

All sessions are on Tuesdays. The group meets from 6 - 7:30pm. We encourage the couples to attend the 5:30 pm Mass together.

Become a Table Couple:

Married couples play an important role in Navigate by accompanying engaged couples as they prepare for the Sacrament of Marriage. Table couples facilitate small-group discussions, share their experiences, and offer encouragement and prayer throughout the marriage preparation journey. This ministry is an opportunity to strengthen your own relationship with God and your spouse while building connections with other Catholic married couples in our parish.
