Why isn't my giving showing up on my profile?
There could be a few reasons why your donations aren't reflected on your ParishStaq profile. While the software does sync with Pushpay, it doesn't happen automatically. Online donations can take up to a week to appear, while cash and check donations can take up to a month to appear. If you donate through an IRA, donor-advised fund, or stock, these donations are recorded differently and will not appear on your personal profile.
Can I share an email address with my spouse?
Short answer: no. Each adult has their own profile, which means having an email address that is unique to only one person. This ensures that you will receive timely communication with the ministries and groups that you are involved in, create an easy registration process for any events, as well as sign up for any volunteer opportunities with ease.
