According to the Charlotte Lozier Institute, here is some new data about abortions:
40% of minors having had an abortion report that neither of their parents knew.
45% of abortions are repeat, healing support prevents repeats.
60% of abortions are from mothers who already had children.
63% sought or wanted help after a chemical abortion.
Popular arguments for exceptions to abortion limits and actual percentage of abortions performed for these exceptions:
- Rape and incest: 0.4%
- Risk to the woman's life or a major bodily function: 0.3%
- Other physical health concerns: 2.2%
- Abnormality in the unborn baby: 1.2%
- Elective and unspecified reasons: 95.9%

Pro-Life Rosary at Planned Parenthood: Sept. 25 & Oct. 30 at 12:30pm
Fr. Kyle (Sept. 25) and Fr. Miles (Oct. 30) will lead a pro-life rosary at Planned
Parenthood. All are welcome to attend this time of prayer and peaceful witness to the
sanctity of life.
Bishop Kemme’s Mass for Life 2026: Oct. 3
Join Bishop Kemme at the Mass for Life Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026 in front of the Trust
Women abortion facility (5107 E Kellogg Dr., Wichita, KS 67218) at 9:00 am. Please join
Bishop Kemme in praying for God’s forgiveness for the sins of abortion. If you need to
sit during the Mass please bring your own lawn chair.
Respect Life Chain: Oct. 4
You’re invited to take part in the Life Chain on Sunday, Oct. 4 from 2-3:30pm at the
southeast corner of Rock Rd. & Central at UMB bank parking lot. We will have signs on
site. All ages are welcome to join this peaceful and prayerful public witness of pro-life

Candlelight Rosary: Oct. 4
Join us Oct. 4 at 7:15pm on the backside of the Church on the turf to pray the rosary
to end abortion. It is a quiet and beautiful evening with soft ambient lighting from the
candles and setting sun as we pray for an end to abortion.
