PTO Exec Board consists of two co-presidents, two co-vice presidents, two treasurers, and a secretary, as well as the school principal and assistant principal. The co-presidents facilitate and lead the PTO Executive Board and general PTO meetings. The co-vice presidents coordinate the monthly giveback events and plan the PTO Social. The treasurers manage the PTO budget and make payments that have been approved for reimbursement. The secretary takes minutes at PTO meetings and sends to board members for approval to post on the PTO page of the Magdalen website. All members work together to be a support and a resource for the many PTO subcommittees.
