Religion
In Religion we are continuing to work on the Stations of the Cross. When we finish the stations, we will assemble our booklets. The students will study the Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary following the Stations of the Cross. We have also been working on a Lenten Journey Book.
Math
In Math we are working telling time. The students will be learning the difference between the hour and minute hand. They will also be telling and writing time to the hour and half hour.
Phonics
In Phonics the students will be learning about the final -tion sound, ue - as in glue, and the diphthongs ou - (mouse), and ow - (cow).
Keep up the good work on Spelling! I know it takes a lot of practice at home.
Extras....
We are in need of egg cartons. We need 50 egg cartons to do a Religion project that I would like to do. Thank you!
Also...We are almost out of boxes of tissues (thanks to the two of you who heard from your children that we were on our last box, and sent in some :) AND ziplock bags...again, thank you!
