SUNDAY DECEMBER 3rd BREAKFAST FOR THE Kapaun Mt. Carmel FOOTBALL TEAM Church of the Magdalen Social Hall. Starts at 11:00am so we need to be there early to set up. SUNDAY DECEMBER 10-BREAKFAST ( Welcome back from summer vacation!!! We conducted our first meeting Monday night, August 14th. Bill Sexson has an events list for the fraternal 2006-2007 year. Please select the EVENTS icon on the left side of the screen. It will send you to the list. We have also started a Knights and the Community list. This will show our contributions to the community. Please click that icon on the left also. We the Knights of Columbus Council 10408 are proud of the contributions and aid to our community. We would like to share with you our Time, Treasure and Talent for the fraternal year 2006. On May 17th 2006, Grand Knight Bill Sexson and Treasurer Brandon Haroldson presented to Vallarie Eades - Executive Director of " A Better Choice" funds raised in excess of $2600 dollars from the "Life Saver Sunday" Parish drive. Thanks to everyone in the Magdalen Parish for your contributions.
Annual Fish Dinner - Friday March 3rd, 2006 This is the biggest annual Parish shindig of all. The Knights and the Men's Club team up to prepare an awesome spread of fried striper, boiled shrimp, gumbo, cornbread, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese and more as we start the observation of the Lenten period. This year is special because it will mark the first dinner at the New Church of the Magdalen. This is a chance for every Knight and Men's Club member to participate in some way to pull of this annual event. We will be getting ready on Thursday night March 2nd to prepare the fish for the dinner. On Friday, servers, kitchen crew ect, will be needed starting around 5:30 pm.
