Last Sunday, our new Pastor, Fr. John Jirak, challenged you, the members of the parish, to commit one hour a week in Eucharistic Adoration. We are calling this “Campaign 300” because we believe we can hit over 300 new adorers in our Adoration Chapel. This call to integrate regular prayer into our lives comes at a perfect moment as we enter into the desert with Christ during the Season of Lent. We had over 240 commitments, which we hope is just a strong beginning to the campaign to move to Perpetual Adoration in which the Blessed Sacrament is always exposed and being adored in our Church. It’s not too late to get plugged in. Father Jirak will continue to highlight the role and importance of Adoration in our lives as we prepare for Easter. Please consider signing up. We will have tables in the Gathering Space for the next few weeks, and, of course, you are welcome to drop by the Parish Office or visit our web page on Adoration for more details. We hope to make the move to full overnight/weekend Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament beginning on Laetare Sunday, the Fourth Sunday of Lent, which is March 11th this year. Additionally, Fr. Jirak has offered to meet with anyone who is interested for a one-on-one session on how to make the most of your holy hour. Simply mention your interest in this meeting when you contact us. Please join Our Lord for an hour a week – it’s something you can’t afford to miss out on: as Fr. Jirak said in his first Sunday homily, “I will make you this one guarantee, you will not regret it."
