Albs are the garments that altar servers wear and as such, they are used daily. A few time each year, the albs need laundering and in some cases, repaired. This is a flexible ministry and allows you to set your own schedule.

Even though the campus is only ten years old, because it is a very active community, the buildings incur wear and tear. On occasion, we have need for painters, plumbers, electricians, general handyman repair, and other services.

Magdalen hosts many events and often provides childcare to parents. This ministry seeks to provide babysitters at the those events.  This is NOT a nursery ministry for babysitting during Masses.

This group of volunteers meets on the 4th Friday of each month following the 8am Mass to clean the pews and altar in the sanctuary. Another time is selected if the Church is already in use for a funeral.

Each Wednesday a volunteer from this group prepares and delivers a meal to the parish office for the priests and Sister Connie. Schedules are made in advance, and you would be scheduled once a year.

The Facilities Advisory Board serves in an advisory capacity to the Pastor concerning our physical plant and grounds.

Many groups enjoy use of our Parish Hall kitchen and we need help to keep it clean and organized. This group of volunteers would meet approximately once per month, or as needed, to clean the Parish Hall Kitchen.

The Finance Council exists in compliance with Church Canon Law and serves in an advisory capacity to the Pastor concerning the financial affairs of the entire parish, including budgeting, financial reporting and auditing.

The function of the Safety Board is to identify and address all safety issues throughout the entire campus with formal recommendations to the Pastor and his leadership team.

Magdalen parishioners volunteer at the Lord’s Diner the 3rd Tues of every month. Volunteers are needed from 11:00-2:00 pm to cook and prepare the meals.

Every Monday morning following the 7:00 a.m. daily mass, the money counters will process the weekend offertory collections, lasting between two and three hours.
