CONGRATULATIONS!

Each quarter, students in grades K-4 with no reminders and students in grades 5-8 with no demerits are recognized.  Their names are placed in a drawing for a Freddy's gift card.  First quarter winners are below.  Keep up the good work!

Thank you for donating jeans for our jean drive.  We collected close to 250 pair of jeans.  We received this note from the parishioner that asked us to do the jean drive.

I wanted to let you know I just got back from dropping off the jeans & belts at the middle school.  Our site coordinator for Communities in Schools was overwhelmed with gratitude!  I think it was perfect timing really. She just learned from an organization they connect with, to help  provide some clothes for the kids, had a budget cut and will be short on clothes. So it left her wondering where she could turn to fill in the gap.   Its stories like this that make you feel so good  knowing you are doing God's work without you ever knowing the story ahead of time!  It really is God's hand bringing  this group of people together, that do not really even know each other,  it cannot be explained in any other way! I really want to thank you for all your help and also to your fabulous student council for their efforts in coordinating this jeans drive!

Congratulations Mrs. Jorgensen!

Representatives from KAKE TV, Davis Moore, Haddock Computer, and Papa Johns visited our school on October 13th to present the Golden Apple Award to Debbie Jorgensen.  Her class received a Papa John’s pizza party and she received $250 from Papa Johns.  Haddock Computer Center presented a $250 check to the school as well.
