Aimee Dester

    Magdalen Parish and School is definitely my second home! I love being a part of the community and feel blessed to be involved in the educational and faith formation of all the students that I am privileged to work with.  I began as a 1st grade teacher at Magdalen in 1994.  Since then I have also taught 3rd and 6th grades as well as 7th grade religion and 4th-8th grade math!  In 2001, I began working with administrative duties and have been honored to serve as assistant principal two different times now!  I have also been lucky enough to serve the diocese by being principal of Christ the King Catholic School from 2004-2006.

    Our family of 9 keeps busy all the time!  I am additionally blessed to have had 5 of our children attend or attended Magdalen, and the other two will get their turn in a few years!  I love to be outdoors so when it comes to fall, spring and summer, I love being able to watch my kids play sports and find some leisure time to spend together boating, fishing, and camping.
